Job summary

United Way of New York City is seeking a Director, Operations, Gift Accounting, and Analytics to lead the operational infrastructure for fundraising, donor systems, and analytics, partnering with Finance, IT, Marketing, and executive leadership.

You will establish scalable processes, ensure data integrity, manage gift processing and reporting, and deliver dashboards and insights to guide fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in fundraising ops, donor systems, or philanthropy operations.
• Experience with donor databases, reporting, analytics, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for Resource Development goals.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, and tax receipts; donor stewardship.
• Develop dashboards and reports supporting fundraising strategy and leadership.
