Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking a Director of Domestic Fulfillment to lead the US and Canada network. You will build and optimize site management programs, drive standardization, and ensure safety, quality and cost discipline across multiple fulfillment centers.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep warehouse expertise and the ability to develop managers and teams across sites. You will report to the AVP, Global Operations and travel regularly to sites, with preferred proximity to Los Angeles,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in supply chain or operations.
• Demonstrated multi-site leadership across diverse, mature networks.
• Strong understanding of CPO, labor planning and cost dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across US and Canada fulfillment sites.
• Manage multiple sites at different maturity levels while protecting network outcomes.
• Drive 5S, safety, SOPs and training effectiveness across domestic sites.
• Own the domestic fulfillment scorecard and reporting cadence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
• Travel regularly to sites; proximity to LA or NJ preferred.
