Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business, dental assisting, dental hygiene, or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical systems, healthcare technology, dental technology, software implementation, training, or related field.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, conversions, system administration, or workflow enablement.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, information security, and PHI handling in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and experience supporting end users in tech-enabled workflows.
• Experience with practice management and clinical systems (e.g., TDO, PBS Enterprise, EndoVision, Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend, DSN, WinOMS, Curve, Denticon, Eaglesoft) and imaging platforms (e.g., iDixel, CS Imaging, Dexis, Sidexis, DTX Clinic, TX Studio, Apteryx, Romexis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirements gathering, communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software implementations, system upgrades, data conversions, and post-go-live support across partner practices.
• Assess clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and user adoption.
• Gather business and clinical requirements and recommend solutions aligned with organizational and practice needs.
• Support practice management, imaging, patient communication, and other integrated clinical systems.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, operations, and practice teams to plan, test, and implement technology initiatives.
• Perform system configuration support, validation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation in accordance with established processes.
• Develop training materials, provide end-user support, and promote standardized workflows.
• Maintain project documentation, risks, action items, and related administrative records in alignment with company policies.

Job Summary

The IT Clinical Systems Analyst supports practice management, imaging, and integrated clinical technology solutions across partner practices. This role evaluates workflows, coordinates system implementations, upgrades, and conversions, and partners with doctors, practice teams, operations, IT, and vendors to improve system performance, resolve issues, and promote standardized clinical operations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and experience supporting end users in technology-enabled workflows.
• Experience with practice management and clinical systems, including TDO, PBS Enterprise, EndoVision, PerioVision, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, DSN, WinOMS, Curve, Denticon, Eaglesoft, and imaging platforms such as iDixel, CS Imaging, Dexis, Sidexis, DTX Clinic, TX Studio, Apteryx, and Romexis, along with patient communication and other integrated technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirements-gathering, communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental, healthcare, or multi-site practice environment preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management systems, imaging platforms, patient communication tools, or other clinical software applications preferred.
• Experience supporting vendor coordination, change management, workflow adoption, or end-user training initiatives preferred.
• Experience with dental or healthcare compliance standards, data security practices, and HIPAA-sensitive workflows preferred.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
