Job summary

You will coach the facility leadership team to meet productivity targets while maintaining customer service, safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, overseeing all distribution operations, and partnering with HR to manage staffing, training and engagement.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in the distribution environment with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan) and JDE; familiarity with RF tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution operations at the Lewisville DC (>400,000 sq ft).
• Drive strategy with the VP of Distribution and align with the operations team.
• Lead a culture of performance, continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
• Develop training and succession plans; manage budgets, labor and planning.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive engagement and development.
