Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field
- 48 months of experience in software development and engineering or related field
- 4 years of progressive experience in software development and engineering with at least 2 years in the financial services industry and 2 years in leading a software team through projects.
Responsibilities
- The Director manages internal teams and external vendors; establishes technology roadmaps; ensures compliance, stability, and efficiency across systems.
- Serves as a key advisor to the leadership team, driving digital transformation and fostering excellence in technology development, delivery, and customer service.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
