Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field
• 48 months of experience in software development and engineering or related field
• 4 years of progressive experience in software development and engineering with at least 2 years in the financial services industry and 2 years in leading a software team through projects.

Responsibilities

• The Director manages internal teams and external vendors; establishes technology roadmaps; ensures compliance, stability, and efficiency across systems.
• Serves as a key advisor to the leadership team, driving digital transformation and fostering excellence in technology development, delivery, and customer service.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

This role oversees software development, data engineering, analytics, and IT infrastructure, while guiding product strategy and innovation to align with organizational growth.

The Director manages internal teams and external vendors, establishes technology roadmaps, and ensures compliance, stability, and efficiency across all systems. Requirements:
