Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is the nexus of the Supplier -Marketer- Merchant partnership, responsible for delivering impactful omni-channel member experiences with measurable insights. MAP is evolving into a dynamic, immersive, and first Retail Experience Network.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Sam’s Club, focused on digital campaigns leveraging extensive first-party membership data to drive results and enhance member experiences. MAP is a key growth pillar, vital for creating engaging omni-channel experiences.
As a Director of Digital Strategy, you will lead a team of Omni-channel Media Strategy Senior Managers, building category strategies across onsite, offsite (e.g., The Trade Desk, Meta), and in-club tactics to meet and exceed advertiser goals. You will partner with sales and account management leaders to develop category plans to grow existing and new advertiser engagement. The team will also provide channel expertise to optimize tactics and results, reporting to the Head of Client Success for MAP.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital omni-channel media operations, channel mix optimization, and experience across offsite, onsite, and in-store channels.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related field OR 7 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related field. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital advocacy, grassroots projects, Walmart communications, digital platforms, and social networks.
