Are you a digital whiz who loves creating innovative advertising solutions? Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our vibrant team. You'll be the go-to person for strategic account planning, inventory insights, and exclusive deals, working from our hubs in Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, or San Bruno, CA. Collaborate with Senior Executives, Ad Sales, Operations, Merchant teams, and work with suppliers’ Brand Managers and E-Commerce teams to drive growth and online/offline success using Sam’s Club’s data.

Responsibilities
  • Build strategic campaign recommendations aligned with suppliers' goals and marketing objectives
  • Manage campaign strategies, programs, and investments for suppliers
  • Oversee the creative process between suppliers and MAP’s creative team
  • Manage agency proposal templates and tagging
  • Partner with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimization
  • Provide updates to clients and internal teams regarding campaigns
  • Ensure reporting accuracy with Measurement and Analytics teams
  • Share insights to support supplier strategies and drive revenue
  • Support monthly billing processes
  • Collaborate with sales to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and follow up
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and joint partnerships
  • Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities
  • Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot campaign issues
  • Achieve role-specific metrics and goals
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in media planning and recommendations
  • 3+ years experience working with sellers, suppliers, or vendors
  • 3+ years in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related field OR a Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
  • Knowledge of analytics, advertising tech, and DMP technologies

Additional Information

Salary ranges vary by location: Hoboken, NJ ($96K-$186K), San Bruno, CA ($104K-$202K), Bentonville, AR ($80K-$155K). Additional compensation includes performance bonuses. Minimum qualifications include a degree and relevant experience as outlined or equivalent experience.
