Job summary

K&L Gates seeks a Director of Digital & Technology Strategy & Execution to lead the firm's technology delivery engine. Reporting to the CDTO, you will govern the PMO and BRM teams, turning strategy into value, milestones, and measurable outcomes across a matrixed organization.

You will align technology initiatives with business priorities, drive planning cadence, and mature delivery standards to ensure executive-ready deliverables and robust portfolio governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the CDTO's strategic priorities from decision through measurable completion.
• Lead and coach PMO and BRM teams, establishing governance, standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Translate strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps into coordinated plans with owners, milestones and outcomes.
• Mature delivery capability, reporting, and portfolio governance across scope, schedule, and budget.
