Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology strategy, delivery, or operations leadership with PMO/portfolio responsibility.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams in high-demand environments.
• Experience translating executive strategy into delivery outcomes in matrix organizations.
• Experience in professional services, legal, or client-driven settings encouraged.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, ITIL, BRMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CDTO's execution partner, delivering strategic priorities to measurable completion.
• Provide delegated authority and represent the tech organization to Firm leadership.
• Translate strategy and roadmaps into tracked plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Maintain an authoritative view of commitments, surfacing risks and driving resolution.
• Prepare executive briefings and materials for committees and board discussions.
• Lead the PMO, setting operating model, governance, standards, and delivery methods.
• Own end-to-end technology portfolio including intake, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Establish portfolio reporting across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Direct project financial planning and forecasting aligned with budgets.
• Develop delivery capability and coach program managers and BRMs.
