Director of Business Solutions (Entegra): Lead a high-impact team in a player-coach role, bridging business, users, and IT. Drive digital solutions, manage product delivery, support operations, and turn strategy into execution

Remote role supporting East Coast hours with up to 30% travel. Candidates must live within 1.5 hours of a major airport in GA, MD, DC, VA, NY, NJ, PA, DE, IL, IN, or TX and excel in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

About The Job

Lead the design and execution of innovative digital marketing and content strategies that elevate brand presence and drive measurable business growth. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver seamless digital experiences, harness data-driven insights, and optimize platforms to engage target audiences and generate quality leads.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 per year - $180070 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex digital projects on time and within scope, with a focus on client and customer satisfaction.
