Job summary

Justworks in Phoenix is hiring to build and lead a Digital Sales team focused on converting high-intent small business customers. You will design and improve the sales system, including signals, routing, plays, workflows, automation, and experimentation to enhance the self-service experience.

You will own revenue-related metrics but also shape how and when human intervention adds value, coaching a team of Advisors to diagnose customer needs, handle objections, and close business.

Qualifications

• Experience building or materially improving a sales motion.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and changing processes quickly as new information emerges.
• Strong analytical orientation and comfort using funnel, product, and customer data to make operating decisions.
• Experience leading a high-velocity sales team, ideally serving SMB customers in a digital, product-led, or inbound sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build Justworks’ Digital Sales team in Phoenix.
• Own the team’s performance across conversion, bookings, sales velocity, product adoption, and seller productivity.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Digital Sales Advisors.
• Establish and continuously improve sales plays based on customer behavior and outcomes.
• Design and run experiments across customer populations, intervention points, messaging, channels, and routing approaches.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to improve the digital buying journey.
