Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 12+ years in a similar product leadership role.
• 9+ years in a management role.
• 5-7+ years establishing and owning department budgets.
• Proven leadership capabilities and performance.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
• Aviation experience advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, champion and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap of Digital Services.
• Oversee development and implementation of Digital Products such as Advertising, IPTV/Streaming Video, eCommerce and Analytics.
• Develop business models driving ancillary revenue from Digital Services.
• Manage end-to-end Digital Supply Chain to maximize returns.
• Build and maintain relationships across Advertising, Content Services and Media/Entertainment.
• Identify opportunities or technologies to evolve the product line.
• Provide executive guidance for strategic and operational product-line aspects.
• Oversee and monitor the product life cycle.
• Interface with customers to support Sales and Customer Management.
• Set timelines and allocate resources to achieve product-line goals.
• Coordinate with other product-line leaders for a unified global vision.
