Job summary

RAVE Aerospace LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Systems Process Development to drive the architecture and strategy for enterprise data platforms. This executive-facing role leads data engineering, software development, and system integration to enable scalable business transformation and informed decision-making.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into secure, scalable data-driven solutions and govern data governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading technical organizations and delivering complex initiatives.
• 8+ years in a similar role; 5+ years in progressive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise technical vision, architecture strategy, and roadmap.
• Define investment priorities and data product portfolio direction across systems.
• Architect scalable data systems for management, automation, analytics, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture and implementation priorities.
• Provide leadership for data engineering, software development, and platform modernization.
• Govern data architecture, storage, stewardship, and compliance-aligned practices.
• Lead architectural standards for data-driven, web-hosted applications.
• Develop roadmaps for data platforms, analytics, and BI environments.
• Evaluate technologies and AI capabilities to strengthen enterprise data.
• Align data architecture with enterprise objectives and stakeholders.
