Achieve is seeking an innovative Director of Product Management to lead digital acquisition and loan servicing experiences across all lending products. You will mentor PMs, align with engineering, data, and research squads, and drive execution during critical delivery phases.

You will own the long-term vision, manage complex product flows in consumer lending, and push for best-in-class engagement channels, including AI tools and compliance considerations.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience delivering complex, consumer-facing digital products.
• 3-5 years in a Product Leadership capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and execute digital experience vision across acquisition and loan servicing flows.
• Lead multi-functional product squads at a strategic level while staying close to architecture and technical specs.
• Standardize digital onboarding, origination, and servicing journeys into a high-conversion experience.
• Analyze funnel metrics to drive conversion, self-service loan management, and referrals.
