Achieve is seeking an innovative, talented Director of Product Management to lead the digital acquisition and loan servicing experiences. You will guide a team of PMs, refine the vision, and work closely with engineering, data, and research squads to drive execution when delivery challenges arise.

You will own the long-term strategy for the Digital Acquisition & Loan Servicing Portal across Personal Loans and HELOCs, balancing hands-on leadership with architecture and specs.

Formación

• 10+ years of proven product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
• 3-5 years in a Product Leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• FinTech & Lending domain expertise with LOS, servicing platforms and digital underwriting.
• Experience consolidating fragmented product flows to enable cross-selling.

Responsabilidades

• Refine strategic vision for digital experience across acquisition and loan servicing portals.
• Lead multi-functional product squads with hands-on technical leadership when needed.
• Design integrated acquisition, origination, and servicing journeys for high conversion.
• Analyze funnel metrics to improve conversion, self-service loan management, and referrals.
• Expand omnichannel engagement including AI tools and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Ops.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Managers with clear career paths.
