Job summary

Dow invites applications for a Technology Director role to lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making and operational performance, while guiding responsible adoption with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.

This position can be located at any Dow location in North America, Latin America, or Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• 10 years of relevant working experience.
• For U.S. applicants: must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Identify opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making and performance.
• Guide adoption in partnership with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Mentor and coach people leaders and individual contributors; foster an inclusive environment.
• Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions and scalable implementations.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology-based performance and guidance to senior leadership.
• Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
