Job summary

Dow seeks a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify and prioritize opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making, reliability, and value realization while guiding safe adoption with cross-functional teams.

This role can be located at any Dow location in North America, Latin America, or Europe, reporting to senior leadership with focus on safety, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy within Digital Operations.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify high-value digital opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
