Job summary

Dow seeks a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will guide responsible adoption in partnership with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, governance, and value realization.

This position can be located at any Dow location in North America, Latin America, or Europe, providing mentoring and coaching to leaders and professionals, and fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• For U.S. applicants: must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Oversee and implement the strategy within Digital Operations.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to identify operational needs and high-value opportunities.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Establish clear measures of success and monitor adoption, performance, and value realization.
• Build understanding of advanced digital capabilities and support teams.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on emerging digital capabilities and risks.
• Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
