Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Digital Technology Senior Manager to own solution architecture for global manufacturing and engineering digital solutions. You will drive end-to-end initiatives across ERP, MES, analytics, and data platforms, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

The role is remote in the United States with up to 20% travel. You’ll translate business needs into actionable plans, lead delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/engineering systems, digital transformation, or similar.
• Experience leading process design, solution design, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, analytics, and data solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable designs and testable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Owns functional roadmap and solution architecture for digital manufacturing.
• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and data requirements across functions.
• Coordinate across operations, sourcing, quality, finance, and IT-OT teams.
• Define end-to-end designs across ERP, MES, analytics, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into architecture decisions, epics, and user stories.
• Evaluate requests and issues, identify root causes, minimize customization.
• Manage consultants, vendors, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Lead change management and user adoption for new capabilities.
• Maintain governance and documentation; report progress tied to business value.
