Job summary

In this role, you will lead the growth of a portfolio that includes CAD/CAM, predictive analytics, smart edge devices, and simulation tools, serving as a key connector across manufacturers, sales, business development, and federal customers.

You will drive sales growth, develop GTM strategies, and enable the federal sales team with knowledge,

Qualifications

10+ years driving growth in digital systems, manufacturing software, or federal tech sales.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM, MES, or additive manufacturing software is preferred.
Strong experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience supporting federal opportunities, DoD programs, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion for the Digital Systems portfolio.
Develop go-to-market and pricing strategies with revenue and margin targets.
Equip federal sales with product knowledge, demonstrations, and tools.
Support capture teams with market intelligence and proposal support.
Coordinate between manufacturers, sales, and internal teams to drive renewals and recurring revenue.
Align cross-functional groups to execute growth initiatives.
