Job summary

Amnesty International USA (AIUSA) is seeking a Director, Digital Fundraising to grow its digital fundraising program across email, SMS, and web. You will develop lifecycle strategies, optimize donor journeys, and collaborate across departments to deepen supporter engagement and lifetime value.

The role reports to the National Director of Digital Engagement and leads a small team, driving revenue growth through data-driven, inclusive fundraising practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Extensive experience in nonprofit/donation-driven fundraising.
• Ability to lead multi-channel digital campaigns and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital fundraising strategy across email, SMS, and web to maximize donor value.
• Set annual revenue goals, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Oversee donor lifecycle programs and digital supporter journeys.
• Collaborate with campaigns, marketing, and movement teams for integrated campaigns.
• Manage two staff members and external partners to ensure best practices.
