Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for CFO Services, Digital Finance, to lead transformation programs across portfolio companies. The role focuses on building predictive forecasting, analytics, and automation to improve cash flow, EBITDA, and transparency.

The candidate will guide data-driven analyses, develop framework, and manage client engagements with senior executives. Strong experience in PE finance and commensurate leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• The candidate has experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, and NLG.
• 12+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Experience implementing Digital Finance tools for large public corporations or PE-owned portfolio companies.
• Proven ability to build Predictive Forecasting Models and drive finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Finance transformation initiatives and implement tools for efficiency.
• Assess Finance and Accounting functions and drive transparency and accountability.
• Guide client engagements, define analyses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop actionable plans and lead workstreams with senior management buy-in.
• Design cash-generating initiatives to improve EBITDA and organizational structure.
