Reporting to the VP of Technology Infrastructure, this role leads experience-focused teams, drives adoption, service quality, and continuous improvement, and partners with platform,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Digital Employee Experience (DEX) at scale.
• Proven Service Desk oversight and continuous improvement.
• Experience overseeing on-site IT support and MSP governance.
• Strong ITSM practices for employee-facing services.
• Collaboration with Corporate Communications and change management.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise DEX strategy aligned to productivity.
• Own employee journeys across collaboration, productivity, and support experiences.
• Provide leadership for Enterprise Support & Solutions, Experience Platforms, Service Desk, and Digital Skilling.
• Ensure service management practices across employee-facing services.
• Own experience platforms like portals and intranet; ensure usability.
• Drive improvements to employee-facing request flows and self-service UX.
• Oversee executive technology experience and white-glove support.
• Collaborate with Communications to align IT experience strategy.
• Define and track experience metrics such as satisfaction and adoption.
• Use data/feedback to prioritize improvements.
• Ensure workplace services align with security and compliance.
• Communicate strategy and priorities to senior leadership.
