Job summary

FOX Sports is seeking a Director, Digital Design to lead the creative direction of visual content across digital screens. You will collaborate with social, production, editorial, sales, product and operations to bring the FOX Sports brand to life on all digital surfaces.

You will shape look-and-feel guidelines, develop show packages, and guide on-set and environmental design while mentoring a team of junior designers and driving AI-enabled design innovations across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital design for sports.
• Strong knowledge of current sports design trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and create styles and graphics across social and video platforms and O&O products.
• Build and develop show packages, including style guides, promotional material, set walls and graphics for talent.
• Enhance all original content, taking FOX Sports visuals to the next level in creative.
• Collaborate with content producers and designers to enhance posts on social channels and O&O platforms.
• Help find ways to improve design workflows and teach new skills to junior designers.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the design team and mentor junior designers.
• Co-leading cross-department AI innovations, including static and video design with AI programs.
• Build and maintain relationships across Digital groups including Screening, Marketing, Editorial Talent, Content Ops, Original Programming.
