Job summary

FOX Sports is seeking a Director, Digital Design to lead the creative direction of visual content across digital screens. You will work with social, production, editorial, sales, product and operations teams to bring the FOX Sports brand to life on all digital surfaces.

You will shape look and style guides for new content, drive on-set environmental design for award-winning shows, and mentor junior designers while contributing to the team’s long-term design vision and templates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Deep knowledge of what works on digital and social platforms.
• Strong grasp of current sports design trends.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Teaching and public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and create styles and graphics across social and O&O platforms.
• Build and develop show packages, including style guides and graphics.
• Enhance original FOX Sports content to elevate visuals.
• Collaborate with producers and designers to improve posts.
• Improve design workflows and mentor junior designers.
• Manage day-to-day design team operations and mentor staff.
• Co-lead cross-department AI innovations in design.
• Build relationships across Digital groups including Marketing and Original Programming.
