Job summary

FOX Sports, the industry leader in live events, seeks a Director, Media Workflows to manage post production and live workflows with reliability while driving a cross-functional transformation toward AI, automation, and orchestration. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in network-level broadcast and/or post production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid media workflows and their operational and cost-governance implications.
• Experience deploying AI/ML into production workflows and integrating AI services.
• Expertise with post production tools across editorial and graphics applications, MAM/PAM solutions, media-centric file-based workflows, and digital file-transfer solutions.
• Strong background in leading technical teams, change management, and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills; proficiency across Google Workspace and collaboration tools; familiarity with Mac and PC environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow practices across technical facilities - hardware, software, and personnel - to meet the creative and operational requirements of all shows and events.
• Architect and maintain content management and workflow systems at an enterprise level for live and post production and admin management.
• Maintain focus on high-level objectives while managing granular dependencies of live production workflows; solve problems and escalate when necessary.
• Own capital planning and project delivery for improvements across post production and media workflow areas, sequencing modernization with live events and craft edits.
