Job summary

FOX Sports seeks a Director, Media Workflows to run post production and live studio workflows with reliability while leading the transformation toward AI, automation, and orchestration. You will own media teams, edit bays, and capital projects across post and live production.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will shape cloud/hybrid architectures, drive an innovation pipeline, measure ROI, and reskill staff for automated workflows in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network-level broadcast or post‑production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud/hybrid media workflows.
• Experience deploying AI/ML into production workflows.
• Strong leadership and change‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow practices across technical facilities to meet show requirements.
• Architect and maintain enterprise content management and workflow systems.
• Own capital planning and project delivery for post and media workflows.
• Design agentic, human-in-the-loop workflows with automation.
• Manage cloud/hybrid media workflows and remote production models.
• Lead reskilling and manage freelancers and union policies.
• Drive an innovation pipeline with ROI metrics.
