Fox Corporation's FOX Sports Digital team seeks a Director of Digital Design to lead the creative direction of visual content across digital screens. You will collaborate with social, production, editorial, sales, product, and operations to bring the FOX Sports brand to life across platforms.

You'll design styles and graphics for social and O&O products, build show packages, mentor junior designers, and drive cross-department AI initiatives while shaping long-term design strategy for the team.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and owned platforms.
• Strong knowledge of current sports design trends.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent teaching and public speaking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and create styles and graphics across all Social and video platforms and O&O products.
• Build and develop show packages, including style guides, promotional material, set walls and graphics for talent.
• Enhance all original content, elevating FOX Sports visuals.
• Collaborate with content producers and designers to enhance posts on social channels and O&O platforms.
• Improve design and content creation workflows; learn new software and teach junior designers.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the design team and mentor junior designers.
• Co-leading cross-department AI innovations, including static and video design with the use of AI programs.
• Build and maintain relationships across Digital groups (Screening, Marketing, Editorial Talent, Content Ops, O& Original Programming units).
