Nasdaq is seeking a business development leader to build and run our partner program, securing clients and turning early feedback into repeatable playbooks. You will partner with Product and Engineering to take offerings from concept to production and scaled GTM, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver complex solutions across traditional and decentralized financial vectors.

This role requires enterprise relationship management, structured execution, and strong product thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading partner programs in fintech/crypto or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to translate pilots into scalable design partner programs.
• Strong product orientation with the ability to write crisp requirements and work with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of cross-functional digital asset initiatives across Nasdaq.
• Interact with clients to drive product and partnerships.
• Negotiate with external partners and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Build a pipeline of customers and partners and close agreements.
• Define mutual success criteria including KPIs, milestones, and security/compliance needs.
• Create a repeatable partner playbook from intake to launch readiness.
• Drive customer discovery to product requirements and convert insights into PRDs.
