Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise digital access platforms for patient scheduling and capacity.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of scheduling workflows and capacity management across Epic and other platforms.
  • Ensure standardized, integrated digital access platforms to maximize provider capacity and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical operations and leadership to drive adoption and measure improvements.
