Job summary

Ad Hoc is seeking a Director of Client Growth & Strategy DHS to drive growth across mission-aligned DHS programs, with a focus on USCIS. This hybrid role combines strategic account leadership, capture, and delivery oversight to turn customer insights into qualified opportunities.

You will collaborate with federal partners and industry teams, shape growth plans, and lead multi-year pipelines, pursuing modernization, accessibility, and resilient digital services for government.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for USCIS and DHS programs across mission-aligned areas.
• Identify whitespace, shape opportunities, and manage multi-year pipeline aligned with growth goals.
• Lead capture activities, proposal strategies, and cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Build relationships with federal executives, program leaders, and industry partners.
