Job summary

Ad Hoc, a technology company delivering digital services to federal agencies, seeks a Director of Client Growth and Strategy, DHS. You will drive growth across USCIS and other DHS programs, building relationships with executives and shaping opportunities.

This hands-on role combines account strategy, capture leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with partners and delivery teams to convert opportunities into booked business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting USCIS or other mission-aligned DHS organizations and programs.
• Demonstrated experience building pipeline and contributing to federal contract wins.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across USCIS and other DHS programs.
• Lead capture activities and manage multi-year pipeline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and communicate opportunities to leadership.
• Build relationships with federal executives, program leaders, and industry partners.
