Job summary

Verizon is seeking a senior device portfolio executive to own the end-to-end strategy for Fios, FWA and Video, leading OEM partnerships, roadmaps for the Verizon Consumer Group Home, and cross-functional governance across software and security processes.

This role demands deep CPE knowledge, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to align senior leadership around launch timelines and lifecycle optimization, while mentoring and scaling high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training.
• Experience in business support, analytical roles, or working directly with external partners.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar relationships with global hardware OEMs and negotiating technical roadmaps.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer premises equipment (CPE) technology, including Fios Fiber routers, ONTs, and FWA receivers.
• Strong experience managing software/firmware feature-and-fix governance, compliance standards, and device security certification processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize product ranging, lifecycle decisions, and supply chain readiness.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex technical portfolios to senior executives and gain alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams of senior managers and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device portfolio strategy across Fios, FWA, and Video.
• Manage OEM strategic partnerships and device ranging.
• Define product roadmaps for Verizon Consumer Group Home.
• Lead executive-level negotiations with major CPE manufacturers.
• Secure favorable unit pricing, exclusive launch timelines, and tailored product features.
• Oversee software feature governance and compliance testing teams.
• Establish validation and deployment standards to protect active-base customer experience.
• Manage device portfolio lifecycles from initial ranging through end-of-life.
• Lead people and cross-functional teams across complex software compliance and feature governance initiatives.
