Trane Technologies seeks a Director of Design Project Management to lead the Design Project Management organization and drive successful execution of Stellar Energy projects from award to completion.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, managing schedules with MS Project, and delivering outcomes within scope, cost, and quality while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering, project management, or leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Design Project Managers or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Design Project Managers across Stellar Energy projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align engineering deliverables with business goals.
