Job summary

• Must have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Licensed general contractor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
• Review contract documents and attend pre-bid validation meetings to validate scope, cost, and schedule.
• Manage change orders by identifying opportunities, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely updates to customers.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, manage subcontractor execution, and foster communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules with tasks, milestones, and critical path while coordinating with Controls PM.
