You will lead a team of strategy professionals, support governance and executive reviews, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Planning (Pharmaceutical Distribution) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will guide enterprise strategic planning for a large-scale pharmaceutical distribution business, helping shape priorities, align senior stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making in a complex healthcare environment.

The role will partner closely with executive leadership to connect long-range strategy to operating plans and performance outcomes.

It will also lead a team of strategy professionals while supporting governance, executive reviews, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $182,000 – $303,300 annually
