Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Director of Delivery Operations and Workforce Planning for NoAM to build the operational backbone of the regional Delivery organization across professional services and managed services.

This role partners with Delivery, Technical Delivery, Project Management, Engagement, Sales, Finance, and People & Culture to create repeatable, scalable operating practices and manage demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in delivery operations or PMO within professional services or consulting.
• Deep understanding of delivery models including project economics and sales-to-delivery-to-finance lifecycle.
• Experience building demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning processes.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, margin analysis.
• KPI frameworks and data quality improvements.
• Experience with ERP/PSA CRM and BI platforms; Certinia/Salesforce advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain regional delivery KPI framework.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting linking portfolio health to financial performance.
• Influence multiple stakeholders to align on data-driven decisions.
• Lead through ambiguity with clear ownership and accountability.
• Partner with Finance and Delivery leadership for reconciled operating view.
