Job summary

Valeris seeks an Associate Director, Product Solution & Delivery to lead a team of Product Owners and translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality product solutions. You will champion Agile practices, drive strategy, and align delivery with organizational priorities across teams.

You will partner with executives, IT, Sales, and Operations to shape roadmaps, manage risk, and ensure value delivery. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related product leadership role.
• Strong background in Agile product delivery and roadmap planning.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical product solutions.
• Proven communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce-based products preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across assigned products and platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Guide teams to maintain an Agile mindset in day-to-day decisions and planning.
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, dependency management, and value delivery.
• Promote effective use of Scrum and Kanban frameworks to streamline processes and improve flow.
• Bridge relationships with Technology, Operations, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
