As a Debt Capital Markets Director, you\'ll take responsibility for making sure NatWest Markets delivers consistently high standards of customer service across the full transaction lifecycle. You\'ll act with integrity, due skill, care and diligence, while developing, deepening and institutionalising strong client relationships. Alongside this, you\'ll maintain close, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, working as part of a cohesive team to deliver joined‑up client outcomes.
Be the trusted capital markets partner who combines origination expertise, client judgement and collaborative leadership to drive growth. To thrive in this role, you\'ll bring at least eight years\' experience in DCM origination within an investment banking environment. You\'ll pair this with a strong track record of transaction execution and client coverage. We\'ll expect you to enjoy working within a collaborative, high‑energy team, partnering closely with colleagues across the franchise to deliver high‑quality client outcomes and advance shared commercial goals.
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location.
