Job summary

NatWest Markets Securities Inc. seeks a Director of US Corporate Derivatives Sales to originate and execute derivatives and risk-management solutions for US Corporate customers in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

You will serve as the primary contact for derivatives sales and risk management, delivering revenue targets while maintaining rigorous risk controls and working with internal partners to grow the franchise.

Qualifications

• At least eight years’ experience in derivatives sales and execution in an investment banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead.
• Ability to develop and coach junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Derivatives Sales/Risk Management contact for the bank’s Corporate customers, ensuring strong relationships.
• Deliver budgeted revenue through thoughtful client advice and strong execution.
• Help drive new business for the franchise through targeted client prospecting.
• Support and maintain a robust risk control environment in line with policy and regulation.
• Undertake business-related projects to support franchise development and mentor junior staff.

Join us as a Director, US Corporate Derivatives Sales

• Take on a senior US Corporate Derivatives Sales role originating and executing derivatives/risk management solutions for US Corporate customers.
• You’ll work closely with DCM originators, Rates and FX Sales and Trading, Corporate Bankers and Syndicate, as well as business partners in Counterparty Exposure Management, Legal, and Risk.

What you’ll do

As a Director, US Corporate Derivatives Sales, you’ll take responsibility for making sure NatWest Markets delivers consistently high standards of customer service across the full transaction lifecycle. You’ll act with integrity, due skill, care and diligence, while developing, deepening and institutionalising strong client relationships. Alongside this, you’ll maintain close, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, working as part of a cohesive team to deliver joined‑up client outcomes.

You’ll also be:

• Acting as the primary Derivatives Sales/Risk Management contact for the bank’s Corporate customer base, ensuring a strong and growing customer relationship
• Delivering budgeted revenue through thoughtful client advice, proactive coverage and strong execution
• Helping drive new business for the franchise through targeted client prospecting
• Supporting and maintaining a robust risk control environment, so activity is conducted in line with policy, regulation and best practice
• Undertaking periodic business‑related projects to support analysis and the ongoing development of the franchise
• Supporting the development of junior talent by providing guidance, oversight and coaching where appropriate

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $300,000 – 350,000 at the start of employment.This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location.
