OPSWAT, Inc. is seeking a director-level builder-operator hybrid to architect and scale a mature supply chain capability for our hardware growth.

The role is hands-on and based in our Tampa warehouse, emphasizing build quality, QA/QC, and operational excellence that enhances customer experience. You will design and execute a supply chain strategy, ensure every unit meets our standards, and lead a cross-functional team across procurement, fulfillment, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain operations, preferably hardware/tech.
• Proven global logistics, procurement, and fulfillment experience.
• Strong understanding of export regulations for international shipments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale scalable supply chain processes and vendor networks.
• Lead QA/QC in the Tampa warehouse, including assembly and testing.
• Oversee warehouse execution, inventory control, and fulfillment workflows.
• Partner with Product, Creative, and GTM to align packaging and branding.
• Manage suppliers, carriers, and compliance with export regulations.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Hire and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
