Job summary

OPSWAT, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to architect and scale a mature, hands-on supply chain in our Tampa warehouse. The role emphasizes build quality, QA/QC, and operational excellence to support hardware growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading QA/QC, warehouse execution, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and GTM teams to ensure packaging, branding, and compliance meet standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or compatible experience in hardware/tech supply chains.
• MBA preferred for leadership track and strategic oversight.
• Proven track record in global logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Build & Scale Supply Chain Capability — architect scalable processes, systems, and vendor networks to support hardware growth.
• Hands-On QA/QC Oversight — lead QA/QC in the Tampa warehouse including assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging to meet standards.
• Warehouse Execution & Fulfillment — manage daily ops in the Tampa facility, inventory control, ERP data accuracy, and fulfillment workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — align supply chain with product specs; partner with Product, Creative, and GTM teams for branding and packaging.
• Vendor & Logistics Management — build/manage supplier and logistics relationships; ensure export compliance and hardware controls across borders.
• Operational Metrics & Continuous Improvement — define KPIs for procurement, fulfillment, and QA/QC; drive efficiency and quality.
• Team Leadership — hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain and warehouse team.
