Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field preferred (sociology, special education, rehabilitation, counseling, psychology).
• Three years of supervisory work experience in an OPWDD-regulated setting preferred.
• Minimum requirements include an associate's degree with three years of developmentally disabled work and five years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and administration of the direct operations and day services programs.
• Collaborates on annual operating budgets with the Executive Vice President, Community and Habilitation Services.
• Interfaces with OPWDD personnel regarding day services operations and new program development. Participates in policy/procedures development.
