Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Experience: Four years in disabilities field with supervisory experience; two years delivering behavioral interventions and writing/implementing behavior protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP of Day Services in daily admin for Day Habilitation Program and implement SUS policies.
• Supervise Day Habilitation Program Directors in day-to-day program management.
• Coordinate with Central Office HR, Fiscal, Operations, and Facilities for resources.
• Ensure staff access to applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Oversee staff trainings and quarterly supervisor meetings.
