The role collaborates with the Executive Vice President to ensure annual budgets are followed, while interfacing with OPWDD personnel for program operations and new development. A strong background in human services and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Experience supervising staff in an OPWDD-regulated setting is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate day programs and manage operational tasks.
• Experience developing and adhering to annual operating budgets.
• Valid driver’s license and agency insurability required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer day services programs and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with executives on budget development and adherence.
• Interface with OPWDD personnel and contribute to program development.
• Support agency policy and procedures across the day services system.
