Job summary

Reimagine Care seeks a Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics to lead day-to-day analytics delivery, KPI frameworks, and client reporting for oncology programs. You will write complex SQL, build Tableau dashboards, conduct outcomes analyses, and support commercial growth with data-driven materials.

This hands-on role blends analytical problem-solving with technical execution across Azure, Databricks, and BI workflows, with potential leveling to Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health system strategy, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex analytics projects or workstreams.
• Proven ability to build outcomes measurement frameworks and executive reporting.
• Strong SQL skills to write and validate production queries.
• Proficiency with Tableau; knowledge of Databricks and Azure preferred.
• Ability to translate data into clear findings for nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client performance analytics and outcomes reporting, delivering monthly and quarterly analyses.
• Develop KPI frameworks covering enrollment, engagement, and AI safety.
• Collaborate on analytics workflows across Azure, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Build ROI models and data-driven materials for prospective clients.
• Govern AI analytics components and track safety/accuracy metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional analytics priorities with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
