Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Data Solutions portfolio, including central data repositories, KPI and performance tools, and analytics products. You will own an established team and ensure the data platform supports advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities for Lineage’s global operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management roles.
• 3+ years leading product management teams.
• Experience owning data, analytics, or BI products at enterprise scale.
• Strong cloud data platform and BI tools knowledge; engage with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop PMs and business analysts.
• Treat the data platform as a product and define capabilities, data domains, and quality standards.
• Partner with data engineering, data science, and enterprise architecture to align investments.
• Champion data trust with governance, finance, and operations.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact, retire low-value assets.
• Engage stakeholders from frontline to C-suite to translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinate with technology leaders to align roadmaps across products.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning with transparent trade-offs.
• Manage relationships with third-party development teams and vendors.
