Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leading PM teams.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing product managers.
• Proven track record owning data platforms, analytics, or BI products at enterprise scale.
• Strong technical acumen with modern cloud data platforms and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at the C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Solutions.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and business analysts.
• Define data platform capabilities and ensure data trust and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and enterprise architecture.
• Drive adoption, establish success metrics, and measure business impact.
• Coordinate planning across portfolios and manage vendor relationships.
