Kinective, based in Golden, Colorado, is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence, to guide the DI roadmap and bring new capabilities to market.

You will lead a cross-functional team across Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales, and partner with Platform and AI to ensure DI data and functionality integrate with the Kinective platform, delivering measurable business results.

Competenze

• 8+ years of product management experience, including roadmap, delivery, and launches.
• 3+ years of leading product managers or product owners.
• Experience in fintech, banking, data platforms, analytics, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories.
• Strong understanding of data concepts such as integrations, data platforms, dashboards, and workflows.
• Proven track record of launching products in partnership with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales, including positioning and adoption.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the DI product team, setting clear expectations and coaching on craft.
• Drive execution on the roadmap with Engineering, UX, Services, and Support through clear requirements and healthy Agile practices.
• Run the operating cadence for DI, including planning, release readiness, KPI tracking, risk and dependency management, and status reporting to leadership.
• Spot risks early and remove blockers, elevating with options and recommendations.
• Lead or co-lead cross-product initiatives to align requirements and delivery across teams.
